How to Get TRT Online

Who online TRT is for
Testosterone replacement therapy treats low testosterone. The American Urological Association guideline says a diagnosis needs two things: blood work showing low testosterone and symptoms that go with it. Low numbers without symptoms, or symptoms without low numbers, are not enough on their own. AUA guideline
Online TRT follows the same standard as an in-person clinic. The difference is where it happens: intake and visits are online, your blood is drawn at a lab near you, and medication ships to your home.

Your lab order is included. You get drawn at a lab near you, or your provider can review recent labs you already have. The panel covers total and free testosterone with SHBG, PSA, estradiol, and a CBC.

Meet a licensed provider online
A live, scheduled visit. Your provider reviews your labs and history with you and decides whether TRT is appropriate. If it is, they write the prescription and set your starting dose.

Treatment ships to your door
Testosterone cypionate plus syringes, needles, and alcohol swabs, in plain packaging. Follow-up labs and visits are part of the plan so your provider can check your levels and adjust your dose.

The monthly plan has no contract and you can cancel anytime. If you would rather pay ahead, prepay $643 for 6 months (about $107 a month) or $1,142 for 12 months (about $95 a month). Prepaid plans are paid in full up front and renew at the same price until you cancel. Every plan includes the same care.

How to choose an online TRT clinic
Many clinics advertise a monthly price that only tells part of the story. Before you sign up anywhere, check these:
- Is there a contract or minimum commitment (often 6 or 12 months)?
- If there is a lower price for prepaying, can you still choose month to month?
- Are labs, provider visits, supplies, and shipping in the monthly price, or billed on top?
- Do they require blood work and a visit with a licensed provider before prescribing? A seller that skips this is not a legitimate prescriber. Testosterone is a prescription-only controlled substance. 21 CFR 1308.13
- Do they treat patients in your state?

Common questions
Can I get TRT online without labs?
No. A provider needs blood work to confirm low testosterone and to check safety markers before prescribing. Your lab order is included in the plan, and recent labs you already have can be reviewed.
Do I have to go to a clinic?
No. Intake and provider visits are online. The only in-person step is a blood draw at a lab near you.
Can I use my own recent labs? Does that lower the price?
Yes, your provider can review recent labs you already have. The price stays $119 a month either way, because follow-up labs, visits, medication, supplies, and shipping are all part of the same plan.

Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly plan has no contract, so you can cancel anytime. Prepaid 6 and 12 month plans are paid in full up front; cancel anytime before your renewal to stop the next one.
What if the provider does not approve treatment?
If your provider reviews your intake and does not approve treatment, you get $22.20 back on the TRT Monthly Plan, $546.20 back on the 6-Month Plan, or $1,045.20 back on the 12-Month Plan. Once your provider approves treatment, your order is final. Cancel anytime to stop your next renewal.
