At Cost Plus TRT, pricing is based on how you want your care managed, not on your testosterone dose. Both of our plans include the same medication, safety standards, and licensed medical oversight. The only difference is how labs are handled.

All medications are prescribed by licensed TRT providers in your state and filled by DEA-licensed U.S. pharmacies. We use the same pharmacies and medications as the large national clinics, without inflating prices or bundling services you don’t need. Testosterone is prescribed in 90-day cycles, which is the maximum period allowed for safe and compliant treatment. This ensures proper monitoring and consistent follow-up.

Most clinics charge a flat quarterly price that includes everything, whether you need it or not. We offer two clear options instead:
• Essential TRT at $89 per month for men who prefer to use outside labs.
• Complete TRT at $119 per month for men who want labs ordered and managed for them.
