All medical services are provided by independently licensed physicians and healthcare providers. ### No Emergency Services **Our Services are not intended for medical emergencies.** If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Our platform does not provide emergency medical services. ### Prescription Medications Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our licensed healthcare providers based on their medical judgment. We do not guarantee that any prescription will be issued. All prescriptions are subject to medical review and applicable laws and regulations. ## User Responsibilities You agree to: - Provide truthful and complete medical history and health information - Promptly update your information if it changes - Use medications only as prescribed and follow all instructions - Report any adverse reactions or side effects to your provider - Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials - Not share your account with others or allow others to use your prescription - Comply with all applicable laws regarding prescription medications ## Payments and Refunds ### Pricing Our pricing follows a transparent cost-plus model.
